Welcome to the Market Report, where each quarter we navigate the hyperlocal landscape of the Oklahoma City Metro real estate market.

My name is Mary Siems, and I’ve been passionately involved in real estate since 2015. I began as an executive assistant for a top-producing residential sales team, discovering my love for building businesses, creating systems, and implementing processes. In 2018, I co-founded a real estate photography company, and by 2020, launched a real estate virtual assistant and transaction coordination firm. In January 2022, my journey came full circle when I accepted the role of Director of Growth at Keller Williams Elite. Here, I coach, consult, and mentor Realtors full-time, helping them achieve their goals and thrive in an ever-evolving market.

I am a self-proclaimed data and numbers nerd. I love patterns and finding ways to simplify complex information into something bite-sized and beautiful. That is my goal with this magazine: to do the heavy lifting and provide you with a clear look at what is going on in your specific area of the city.

All data in this report is sourced from MLSOK. Though we know there may be some human input error due to the nature of the MLS, we assume these numbers are true and accurate. The search criteria include all listings in Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma counties from April 18th to July 18th (90 days), representing Q2 numbers.
