22% Fewer Real Estate Transactions

NAR just released the September homes data and the seasonally adjusted home sales rate is now estimated at 4.7M, down from 6.1M in 2021. ~22% fewer transactions this year than last year.

Many who were successful over the last two years did it because of their natural ability but didn’t take the time to implement models and systems to ensure consistent productivity. Likely your production is actually FALLING and you might be entering into the dangerous space of disappointment and resignation that leads to the desire to look for greener pastures or get out of the business altogether (I don’t want that for you!!)

Okay, now some good news.

Fewer homes being sold means you’ll actually see and feel the gaps in your business. You’ll now have time to work ON your business, not just IN your business. During a market dip you should set the stage to take market share when the market goes back up. Double down on lead generation, caring for your database, and improving your systems.

If you want to chat about some of these models and systems I’d LOVE to schedule a consultation with you! It’s time to run your business like a business.

Time to make the leap from E to P 😎 😎 😎
